How much does the Loose Change Programme cost?
How much does the Loose Change Programme cost?
We aim to have the programme delivered at no cost to our participating schools and students. We work hard to procure enough funding so we can continue providing the programme free of charge.
Can students gain NCEA credits in the Loose Change Programme?
Can students gain NCEA credits in the Loose Change Programme?
Not at the moment. However, making this a reality is currently in process and we hope we can offer this in the near future.
Do you deliver the programme outside of the Gisborne / Te Tairāwhiti region?

At the moment, we only deliver the Loose Change programme to schools within Tairāwhiti.

Currently, we have just one coach delivering our programme. We’re eager to grow the kaupapa and bring more coaches on board so we can reach even more schools and students. However, expanding in this way depends on securing additional funding, which we’re not yet in a position to pursue. That said, it’s a key focus for us heading into 2026. If you're passionate about making a real impact on the wellbeing of our rangatahi and believe you have what it takes to be a Loose Change coach, we’d love to hear from you.
